We started our home-buying adventure during the pandemic when the market was so crazy and everything seemed so uncertain. They took the time to explain what was happening and how we could make more competitive offers to secure the home that we wanted. You can easily tell they are experienced and have been doing this for many years with the amount of detail that they help with. When we went in with Basil, he got us 10K worth of build options which is amazing in this hot market. Basil and his team were with us in every step of the way during the whole process. They were there for design time to guide us with decisions that would add value to our home. They were there during inspection to look for issues. They came out for the walk through and were even finding issues and marking them for us with blue tape. They helped us negotiate loan rate with the builder lender by recommending a competitive lender which meant we got the builder incentives as well as an excellent interest rate. They handled all communication with the builder to make sure they address any issue or requests we found during the build. I've worked with many other realtors in the past and what I believe sets the Malouf team apart from competition is their genuine drive to make sure you as a customer is happy with your transaction. Other realtors would just show up at closing to collect their commission.
